I am a Personal Trainer Certified through The National Academy Of Sports and Medicine, and hold many certifications specializing in:

About the lesson

We will start your first session with a 30 or 45 minutes (you choose!) assessment/consultation then I will able to implement a balanced, continuing program that focuses on your goals. You will get monthly reassessments, nutritional guidance and unlimited support from me. Your exercise program may include elements of traditional aerobic, Hiit, strenght, and flexibility programming as well as functional fitness training, pilates, plyometrics along with balance movements.
