About Kim
I have been a certified Personal Trainer since 2004. After 10+ yrs training in a “Globo gym” I took a leap of faith along with 2 friends to go out on my own & help them open their new gym. My goal is to help people reach their health, fitness and life goals in a real, sincere, authentic and honest way with Team Kim Fitness Exercise and Nutritional coaching. I offer 1:1, group training, on site and in home training. Each person is unique and special, and I treat them that way.
Customization, personalization and creativity are my specialties. Home base is the most awesome strength and functional training gym in the Upstate, of course Tri-Fit Barbell, on Butler Rd in Mauldin, SC.

I also took the plunge into the world of competition as a Figure competitor, which has taught me so many things and introduced me to amazing people.
