About Rayne
I believe in health in all bodies in which we inhabit. Your physical body, your emotional and mental body and also your spiritual body. The services that I provide include a combination of all these thing as a balance to cultivate absence of self awareness and harmony within you life. I am a life coach a fitness coach and a meditation facilitator. Each client is an individual and their program is put together through communication and intuitive implementation. My goal is to get you to a space where YOU know how to balance and run your life in a way that feels aligned with your souls purpose.
That I get to hold space and witness with transformation that happens in each soul opening up its own wisdom and connection to source by my clients feeling empowered to discover and know their own wisdom. Tapping into their own voice, to know where they are to go, and how they are to move by creating a space to unravel past traumas and wounds to know themselves better and know how to deal with life situations as they present themselves in everyday life. I love my job because it helps people feel what it's like to have confidence and courage in the decisions their making for their lives
