Hi, thank you for stopping by. I’m Larry Fleming, personal trainer. 15 years exp and 20,000 sessions taught.
Your nutrition and fitness program will be tailored to you, your fitness level and fitness goals and will be ever changing as will you.
My Online Video Trainer Programs are designed specifically to be done on your schedule, at your home and with minimal equipment using my app. Let me send you a sample workout so you can see what the program is all about.

Hi Hello and welcome!
(How it works)
Thank you checking me out, I hope we have a long and healthy relationship.
Here’s a quick rundown of the your program.
YOUR WORKOUTS: Are accessed through my app and are tailored to you with full body exercises (adjusted to your goals) And are designed to be done at your home with minimal equipment or at your gym.
HOW: You’ll start with video exercise 1 and work through to exercise 10. Here you’ll take a short break and then start set 2 with exercise 1-10 again, and so on for 2-4 sets. Your tailored Video WO’s are made up of 10-40 video exercises and should take you only 20-40 minutes.
ON YOUR SCHEDULE: You and I together will pick the days/ nights you’ll be working out, but you will pick the times you’ll workout. It’s on your schedule.
ACCOUNTABILITY: This is so important if you’re to reach your goals. Try not to skip any workouts. I’ll see when you sign in and whether you completed or skipped the WO Also we can chat right in the app so I’ll always know how you’re doing and can answer any questions.
EQUIPMENT: You’ll need dumbbells of 2x8 2x10, a Pilates ball and a little space to WO, that’s it! *Optional equipment I recommend, are resistance bands, a Bosu, DB’s Of 2x15 2x20, all up to you.
