About Bianca
I am a certified personal trainer with over 27 years of experience in the fitness industry and 4 years degree in physical education. I'm highly motivated trainer with an advanced level of applied knowledge in all areas of fitness and nutrition which makes her a complete and total one stop shop for all your training goals. With a particular passion for helping women, I have dedicated career to empowering women to become the best versions of themselves.
I believe that fitness is not just about looking good, is not a temporary fix but that it's a fitness lifestyle. My plan is to implement something that you continue for the rest of your life. Feeling good from the inside out taking a holistic approach to training by focusing on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
My workouts are challenging, yet fun and engaging, and she custom tailors workouts to client's individual level, needs and goals.
I'm committed to helping women/man of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals to live their best lives possible. Let's start this year happier healthier and stronger!
