About Adele
I am a NASM certified trainer who specializes in form, technique, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. My goal is to help others live their lives to its highest and fullest potential and to build strength for longevity. I have worked as a trainer for 7 years and build amazing relationships with all clients.
I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a certified personal trainer. I have specializations in Corrective Exercise (CNS), Fitness Nutrition (FNS), Pain-Free Performance (PPSC) and certified as an Escape Kettlebell Instructor.
