Heir to the Throne Fitness strives to push you forward physically as well as mentally. My current background in the the essential art, as well as the physical point of view will o only teach how to perform and master the art, but will allow explanation as to why. This will teach you a great deal in self defense.

My typical process for working with a new student is getting to know them as a human being 1st. While we would be getting acquainted I'd like to talk about their goals as far as Fitness whether it be casual or going for broke. We all have that sweet spot that we would like to reach. Secondly I would size them up and ask to elaborate on their body type and there thoughts. I would be able to get a mindset of where they are mentally. (There's no "bad" place) We always start off at ground level and gage from there on out. The more we engage intellectually the more we loosen mentally. And that's when the fun begins...
