About Ben
I am a certified as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I work with children, adults and athletes of any skill level. I played division-1 hockey and have played minor league hockey for the last six years for the Peoria Rivermen. Through my lifelong training, competing and other athletic endeavors, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the training field that will allow me to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals whatever they may be!

I learned I had a passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. So I found that personal training combined both of those passions!
