About Katie
I have been teaching/ training for the past 15 yrs and absolutely love ❤️ Seeing that ahah moment as my clients feel that sense of gratification when they achieve something they never thought that they could.. giving clients the courage to push past their comfort zone..
I love being the person that my clients trust enough to help them make lasting changes in their nutrition, exercise, daily habits and routines
I have my bachelors degree in Sport management
certifications in personal training, sport nutrition, strength and conditioning.

Kate has been really helpful in helping me work around shoulder and elbow injuries while building strength at the same time. She is focused and always aware not to push to hard in certain areas. The injuries are now pain free and we have strengthened all the muscles around both areas. She is a great trainer and pleasure to work with on my fitness.
I love how I can contact them whenever i have a question. They provide great ideas, answers and support system. They do not downgrade you and they try to relate to all aspects. I love then they have changed my life and become a motivational friend.
