About Tarik
I focus on what matters most...RESULTS. With over three decades of health and fitness expertise I've come to believe that what decides whether you'll train with a person is their reputation. I have a reputation for getting the most out of each training session because I want to ensure that we staying true to your goals. Whether your goals are short term or expansive I have the knowledge and the tools to place you in position to obtain them.
I enjoy teaching people that they don't LACK ability to do things but they're actually BLOCKING the ability to do things. Once I show them how to remove the restraints then it's a pleasure to watch them achieve their goals and beyond.
