About Alexis
Helping people feel good has always been a passion of mine. Initially I started with the most vulnerable population, children, and have been training various demographics for four years. I love every second of my job; from helping my clients reach their goals, to creating fun workouts and alleviating pain or imbalances.
I have a degree in Exercise Science Fromm Rutgers University. I am also ACSM and Precision Nutrition for wholesome, efficient session every time. You can find a profile of my work here :(concealed information)
Started training children at the YMCA and held internships in multiple gyms senior year of college
Bachelors degree from Rutgers university in Exercise Science. ACSM certified and PNF certified.
