About Shonna
Revive Personal Fitness offers personal training services in the comfort of a private studio. Owner and ACE certified trainer Shonna Lund provides one-on-one and partners training sessions as well as nutritional guidance, customized workout plans and more.
It is my passion to help others enjoy the immeasurable rewards that come with living a healthier life. It is truly exciting when a client reports she no longer has to take medications, she can fit back in her favorite pair of jeans, she feels stronger and fitter than she has in years, and that she loves her new healthy lifestyle!
Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a concentration in wellness and exercise science, minor in food science and nutrition from MTSU in 2001.
ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist
