About Dara
My last semester of college I started as a finess trainer essentially interning at a gym. I eventually broke away to start my own business.
I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and nutrition, have continued my education through seminars, webinars, reading and courses throughout my 20 plus years of working in the field.

I start with a consultation, health history, determining goals, finess and nutrition assessment. Once we get through this, I design a fitness and nutrition if desired to help in achieving goals.
I have worked with ages ranging from 12-90 years old. I have healthy clients who just need guidance, weight loss clients, clients training for races, athletes, clients recovering from cancer, full or partial knee replacements, fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, Dementia, back surgery, shoulder surgery..both pre and post op.
Aside from making sure they are well educated, make sure you feel comparable with them. It is important to find a coach who you feel comfortable with, who listens, who understands this process is about you and your goals!

Details
I offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute sessions. I offer 5 or 10 packs. With your first 10 pack you will receive a free session. My pricing depends on whether I come to your home, a facility that I can contract out of or I can do virtual training. My prices range from $40 up to $85.
