About Melanie
I use a full body approach meaning that I'm not just looking for you to meet a certain goal I'm looking to see what your overall health and wellness is.
I love being healthy and seeing the benefits of someone else being healthy is a great accomplishment for me. Watching someone it's either goals that they set is a huge passion of mine.
My health and wellness journey began 17 years ago as a high school athlete that transitioned into my military career and veteran life. I love being healthy and I have a passion for helping others do it too. I have a passion for kids health and since I do have a son, I eventually became a youth league head football coach.
I have certifications in personal training, nutrition, herbal medicine, and more.

About the lesson

First and foremost I check goals and go over what is realistic. I want to know what your fitness activities are, what level you're at and most importantly what you know about nutrition.
Kids ranging from 7 to adults in their 60s.
A real coach is going to be real with you. Rome isn't built in a day and neither is your body. Any coach who says you can achieve all goals quickly is using techniques that may not be healthy. Health and wellness is in stages and everyone's situation is different!
