About Jaye
Hi! I'm Jaye! I'm an ITEC qualified personal trainer! Whether you are looking to gain strength, loose weight or ease the aches of pregnancy and post-partum, I am your trainer! My passion is strength training - strongman in particular - but don't worry you don't have to be super strong to train with me. If you are looking for fun, varied sessions that help you achieve the results you are looking for, hit me up!
I love helping clients reach their goals! I love seeing your confidence grow and you feel better every day! I am passionate about sustainable health and fitness that fits your lifestyle and needs.
I am an ITEC qualified personal trainer and have additional qualifications in pregnancy and post-partum exercise and nutrition.
