Whether you're looking to improve your fitness level, burn calories while learning a new skill and have fun, or you're looking to train for an event or competition or general Self Defense, we pride ourselves on next level, professional training in all types of athletics, MMA, combat training and self defense programs for all ages. We’ve recruited high quality trainers and instructors for every sport that have undergone extensive background checks and match our integral quality standard. All have a different motivation style and are great at guiding you through lessons at your own pace. We also offer parent friendly schedules with bootcamps going on for parents right outside while their children are learning a new skill in the MMA classes inside! Drop your kids off, get a good 30-45 min calorie blasting and strengthening workout in, and pick them up when you're done inside. We offer: MMA for Kids ages 4-6 MMA for Youth ages 7-12 MMA for Adults 13 on up Cardio Boxing Combat Kickboxing Self Defense Competition Team Training One on one MMA training One on one Athletic training for Track and Field, Baseball, Basketball, Football, Wrestling and more! Nutritional and Supplement Products MMA training gear Sports Psychology and motivational coaching Stretch Therapy (Meditative Stretch Therapy)
I love watching as clients realize their potential. I love giving hope to those who think they have lost the race. Like I have mentioned before, I have seen so many being told they need to push themselves hard, and when they train with me and I am able to give them the results they wanted with so much little effort than they were putting forth before it is a great thing to witness them open up and achieve so much more than they thought possible. Don't get me wrong, if you want me to work you hard I will, but it's not always necessary.
Been training in martial arts for years and just have a passion for it and for sharing it with others.
Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Self Defense, Combat Martial Arts, Athletics taining and Sports and Biological Science degrees, Background checks.

Details
Combat Kickboxing an Cardio Kickboxing as well as Bootcamp classes is $80 a month for 3x a week,
MMA Classes are $80 for 1x weekly, $115 for 2x weekly, and $120 for 3x a week.
