About Sabrina
I have 6 years of experience guiding people through rehabilitation programs, teaching corrective exercises and regaining and maintaining functional movement. I have a keen eye for muscular imbalances, and will work hard to correct those before progressing beyond so as not to worsen any pain or dysfunction, but rather lessen.
I have a Masters Degree in Athletic Training (Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center) and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science (Harding University). I am a licensed and certified athletic trainer and a certified personal trainer (ISSA). I am also certified in applied functional science through the Gray Institute.
My sister injured herself when we were in high school and I didn't know how to help her. It has been my mission to learn how to help others along their journey, while utilizing my gifts and talents.

About the lesson

Spend some time talking or messaging prior to meeting. First session will be an assessment to include range of motion and some fitness testing. We will discuss goals, hobbies, frequency of sessions, etc. It will be a time to determine if we are a good fit for each other.
All ages (8-93 yrs old)
All of those from professional athletes, to stay at home parents, to desk workers, to construction workers, to those in pain or dealing with postural issues, muscular imbalances, to those with autism, cerebral palsy, amputees, etc.
Look for someone who enjoys continuing their education.
