As a IFBBPRO Bodybuilder My ultimate goal is the success of my clients! Contest preparation and personal training is my career and pride myself with bringing out the best in my clients!
I can honestly say I’ve learned something from every single person I’ve worked with. I love working with different people, I love learning about their careers, and I love hearing people’s stories. I’ve learned so much thanks to my clients.

James is great for tailoring the workouts to fit your needs and wants. He pushes you just enough to make you curse him while you are doing the exercise, but thank him and be grateful afterwards that he made you do it. He is pretty amazing.
