Here is how I can help you.
GOALS:
— To lose weight and tone we will incorporate efficient fat burning cardio with different routines, weights and use circuit and aerobic training techniques to improve fitness.
— To build muscle and get stronger we will manipulate sets, reps and rest with different movements and combine low rep/high rep schemes to improve your shape and fitness.
For either goal, you will be provided with an easy to follow diet plan to boost your results. Plans are designed to your strengths, no cookie cutter plans.
You will feel more empowered as you get closer to your goals. Clients have lost 3-5lbs in as short as 2 weeks.
Along with an exciting workout, my hope is to get you to feel more energetic and of course get results.
