About Maile
I am Maile Inouye.
(pronounced My-lei In-o-way)
2019 marks my 15th year of coaching.
My purpose
I will help you change your mind and body, through physical fitness. I am a coach, who is dedicated to helping you develop the self-discipline needed to make a permanent change in your life.
I am the voice to remind you...there is only one you.
Your own health and well-being is more valuable than your paycheck, and should come before your relationship with others. There is no amount of money worth more than your life. There is no greater gift to others than the strongest version of you. I am very excited to be joining you on this journey to reclaiming your life!

My Professional Story
I have been a personal trainer since 2004.
My athletic career started freshman year of high school as a basketball, and track/cross country (mid-distance) athlete. It continued at Missouri Valley College, where I accepted a cross country and track scholarship, and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science.
My current passion is in the sport of Olympic Lifting. I am a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW-SP1), and Precision Nutrition Coach (PN1).
I have been a fitness club manager in various Kansas City gyms since 2005. I also taught Associates Degree level Physical Education and Personal Training for 9 years. For more information visit LinkedIn for my professional profile.
