About Jason
We cater and taper workouts for you in a fun way
I started by pure accident. My very first job in the gym was with Bally's Sports Club and my Fitness Director thought that I would be great at Personal Training, and I've loved it ever since.
I have BS in Exercise Science from Bryan University. I am certified through NASM and I am currently pursuing MS from the University of Chicago Concordia.

I usually take it slow. So I focus on stretching and flexibility, also core stability work and then we slowly work our way up
All walks of life. From as young as 11-93 years of age. Athletes to first timers. A very wide range.
Make sure that they enjoy what they do and that they're always learning to not just get better in the fitness field but to also listen to the client.
One event that I hold dearly was helping a WW2 vet who was having trouble with his balance and memory. Not only was he able to walk on unsteady surfaces his memory seemed to become better.
