About Kenneth
Kenneth Scott was born in 1989. Throughout his life he played basketball, football and ran track. In his early 20's, he was forced to stop pursuing a professional athletic career due to a medical condition. Heartbroken, Kenny drifted between jobs; determined to make something of himself, Kenny acquired his NASM qualifications for Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. Kenny is an Performance Trainer who studies weight loss, rehabilitation, mobility training, and sports general training. Kenny is ready and able to aid whomever because he truly believes he has what it takes to aid you on your fitness journey. Feel free to reach out to him for help on achieving your goals!!!!

Sit down discuss nutrition, physical body goals, motivations; going thru basic movement assessments, injury history
All backgrounds; athletes, senior citizens, weekend warriors, youth athletes
Ask questions. If the coach can't answer why, or worse gets mad that you ask why, he's not the coach you should be with.
An athlete I trained with told me he shredded his knee and was told he would never be able to fight again; after our work together he is currently on the path towards becoming a pro fighter and he wouldn't have this opportunity had we not worked together.
