About Chad
I have been working with young athletes for almost 10 years both as asoccer coach at FC Barrington and Lady Rovers FC. As well as an personal trainer at Breakaway Athletics. I have my NSCA CPT Certification as well as a BS in Health and Wellness with a minor in Coaching from the University of Dubuque.
I enjoy the challenge of making athletes the best that they can be. Each player comes with different strengths and weaknesses and I love analyzing each individual in order to make their strengths stronger and their weaknesses into strengths.

About the lesson

The first meeting/training we will discuss strengths, weaknesses, goals and disired outcomes. Then we will run through an assessment test to determine the level of athlete I am working with. From there we will map out a set time period (usually 5 sesssions) and how you will improve in that time.
I have worked with all sports and all levels from beginners up to professional athletes.

I am a soccer player and have worked with chad for the past year. I have really notice a huge improvement in my game. I came to Chad to improve my shooting and left foot (weak foot). He tailored sessions to my liking and even paired me with better players that pushed me to get better. We added in some strength work as well and I really saw my game go to the next level. 10/10 recommend Chad to everyone.
Chad, was a fantastic trainer. He has an excellent knowledge in the field and designed me workouts gear toward my goals, that suited my workout level. Not to mention his workouts kicked my butt and I loved his personality. He was very funny and friendly. I would highly recommend.
