About Meg
I'm a lifelong athlete who grew up in a household with a professional bodybuilder. I was exposed to fitness and nutrition at a young age, and my curiosity and passion naturally increased over the years. What led me to eventually become a nutritionist/personal trainer was watching my grandma pass from diabetes complications. I became eager to teach people how to use diet and lifestyle choices to their advantage, to stay in control over their future.

Nutrition coaching includes weekly phone sessions and is $100/month. For friends or family who would like to do a group program together, it's $50/month per person.
Pricing and session frequence is the same as above for fitness coaching.
For anyone who wants both nutrition and fitness coaching, it's only $150/month.
