About Laura
I want to help others feel confident in themselves and love thier bodies by healping them progressively being physically fit.
Meanwhile incorporating healthier eating habits that taste just as good as foods we all crave to eat.
I have my Bachelor in Science of nursing which has exposed me to all aspects of healthcare, and has helped motivate me more to help others with health and wellness to prevent diseases.
