About David
My wife Cristina and I have over 28 years experience and we'll customize a workout and nutritional plan designed soecifically for you. We have clients from 14 to 94 years of age, bodybuilders to paraplegics, wanting to lose 100 lbs or gain 50! We handle all levels, shapes and sizes.
We are National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainers. We have over 28 years experience and have worked with hundreds of clients.

We meet, talk about goals, do some assessments, and go over workout and medical history, and see if it's a fit for both of us. If we decide to move forward, we will train you one on one, keeping you accountable till you reach your goal.
Lierally just about every type you could think of. 14 to 94 years of age, Bodubuilders to paraplegics, shoulder or knee replacements, or clients wanting to lose 100 lbs. to wanting to gain 50 lbs. All shapes and sizes and goals.

Details
We charge $50 and hour or $25 a half hour. Majority of clients do 1/2 hours 3 to 4X a week, but everyone is different and some do less and some do much more.
