About Devin
With over 5 years of experience working in fitness, I have worked with a wide variety of client ranging from ages 12-75 with all different fitness levels and abilities. I have worked with clients that need assistance improving quality of life, losing weight, building muscle, sports performance, and so much more.
I care deeply for all of my clients and their goals! I preach that improving your fitness spans much further than what you do in the gym. It includes improving your nutritional choices and being more physically active throughout the day in any way you can; whether it be parking further from buildings, walking to a co-workers desk rather than sending them an e-mail, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Carthage College and am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am constantly trying to further my craft by learning new things and exploring new findings in the science of fitness by listening to podcasts and reading articles as well.
I love fitness, and I love helping others find their way when it comes to their Health and Fitness! Improving your health and fitness is a lifestyle and I want to help you make it your own!
