About Julie
I am very compassionate about helping others. I put my heart and soul into each client, I take your results personally. I send out daily motivational quotes to each and every client. As well as make myself available for any questions they may have 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have battled obesity and breast cancer and beat both! let me help you find that warrior within! Helping others achieve their goals whether they are large or small and watch their self esteem grow! I believe everyone should love themselves and be happy with themselves. I enjoy helping people discover what really exists inside. Because being happy with yourself makes a world of difference in your day today life and happiness and I believe everyone should be happy with themselves and their lives. I also offer online services with nutrition and exercises.
my gym is a private 1 on 1 training facility set up in the privacy of my backyard at my home.
I love helping people and I love watching their excitement as they achieve their goals no matter how big or small they are.
O am a certified personal trainer through ASFA
I am also a cerified weight management specialist
I am also a certified Physique and Figure training specialist as well as certified for bodybuilding competition. and spa and gym management.
