About MARLA
I create programs around what YOU like to do! My philosophy is if you're doing something you enjoy, you're more likely to continue.
My experience is about 30 years & very diverse. My original background started in dance, (Best hi-kicker, Best Dancer, Top 10). I've also taught a lot of group exercise in many formats at YWCA, YMCA, Bally's, Premier Athletic Club. Including: weight lifting, running, kick boxing, treadmill, prenatal etc. I've played competitive tennis as well.

Very informative and cheerful.
She has alot of knowledge.Love working with Marla. She keeps you accountable and stays on top of things. The workouts are also fine tuned to your needs and body type. And incorporates exercises to make it fun. I have been with Marla for more than a year now and would recommend her strongly.
Marla started a water aerobics class that my daughter and I found to be an absolute blast while working our booties off! Marla is a great motivator and a joy to work out with. Her positive attitude is infectious! We had so much fun working out.
