Fueled by Faeth was built from a passion for helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident—both physically and mentally.
Founded by Lauren Faeth, BSN, CPT, CNC, Fueled by Faeth combines personal training, nutrition coaching, and accountability support to help individuals create sustainable results that fit their lifestyle. As a Registered Nurse, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, amputee athlete, Boston Marathon finisher, firefighter, and someone who has overcome significant life challenges, Lauren understands firsthand that success isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, resilience, and refusing to give up.
At Fueled by Faeth, the goal is simple: provide personalized guidance, education, and support that empowers clients to build healthy habits, gain confidence, and reach their goals. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, looking to lose weight, build strength, improve nutrition, or simply become the healthiest version of yourself, you’re never doing it alone.
