A one on one interview to discuss the students goals then a free assessment of strength, mobility, range of motion or chronic issues. Then a slow "let's get going" to fully understand their functionality while being mindful of all of their "moves" and making adjustments and suggestions along the way. Clients have their goals. My goals are addressing their goals while keeping them safe and pain free.
