About Ultimate
At Ultimate Strength Studio we offer a unique and science based training regimen combining all of the benefits if High Intensity Weight Training with the safety of slow motions. We also offer Foundation Training lessons, which is a set of bodyweight exercises that geared toward developing the Posterior Chain of muscles. Awakening this innate potential through simple positions and movements, untapped power and strength become your natural state.
I love being a part of a client's journey to becoming a better version of themselves. Whether that comes from the loss of a substantial amount of weight, an aleviation of chronic pain, or seeing someone finally attain the body they've always wanted.
As teenager I overcame bone cancer and was left weakened and out of shape. The process of rebuilding myself through proper exercise and nutrition empowered me so much, that I wanted to help others in the same manner.

About the lesson

Our first meeting will be a combination of getting an understanding of what the goals of the student/client are and a run through of the workout itself. Afterwards we will go into what they should expect with the specific protocol. As the client develops, the efficiency of the workouts will increase. If body composition changes are a goal, nutritional coaching will be available throughout.
From 18 year old athletes looking to increase potential strength to Seniors looking to increase mobilty, bone density and strength.
