About Karen
I help students become stronger and more fit, through weight training and core training. I also incorporate cardiovascular training into my workouts. I offer one hour sessions. I am nutrition certified and help students make good food choices.
I am have a personal training certification through ACE and am CPR/AED certified. I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
I have a state of the art studio in Ellicott City.

I was always involved in the fitness industry.
I got a job as a manager at fitness facility and became certified.

I offer free consultations. I go over their goals and we talk about ways we will acheive them. I set up days and time we will meet. On their first one hour personal training session, I will weigh and measure them as well as check their BMI and fat percentage.
I have worked with students of all ages from 8 years old to 22 years old.
Make sure they are certified and have had at least 5 years experience with personal training. Consult and talk to the trainer and make sure they understand your goals.

I charge $55.00 for a one hour session in my studio in Ellicott City and $35.00 for a half hour session.
I charge $75.00 if I come to your home to train you.
