We'll start with a free consult to meet, then set up a schedule and plan from there. Everyone gets 2 trial sessions with me to make sure that we're a good fit for eachother!
Find somebody that you enjoy training with! The only way you'll actually commit to training frequently is if you have fun doing it. If you don't enjoy it, you'll find it difficult to show up and that translates to zero results.

Russ has such a calm voice and the routine was challenging and fun.
I’ve been boxing and weight training with Russ for over a year. He has helped keep fitness a priority in my life after years of allowing work and other things take me off course. Even if I am traveling, injured, or just feeling sluggish, he finds a way to keep me working out consistently. He’s tough, but keeps things fun!
I always look forward when I get to class. Russ will train you for your goals. I asked him for a strength and condition program for my jiujitsu and he delivered.
Russ will push you to your limits and then further. He trains your brain while he's working with you to tone & strengthen your body. All this while making it fun to ache for days.
Russ has an amazing gift to motivate and push you during a workout! Russ makes sure your form is correct and makes you challenge yourself during the workout! His playlists are pretty awesome too!
