I have a degree in recreation and have always loved sports of all kinds. I am very active and love to share that passion with others.
My forte is Pilates and I am also passionate about weight lifiting and skiing.
PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) all Apparatus certified

About the lesson

They need to email me and set up a time for an assessment. The assessment takes about 20-30 minutes. The second half of the session is spent either doing a short personal training workout or a Pilates reformer session.
ALL types! Ages 14-82! Healthy, athletes, overweight, injured.
Find someone you feel a connection with. Your relationship is what will keep you coming back. Also, look for someone who does goal-setting and helps hold you accountable to accomplish your health and fitness goals.
Fitness is a lifestyle. If you enjoy what you do you will stick with it! Working with someone who you feel safe with and can have fun with and laugh makes it better.

Ski lessons are $100.00 an hour. Excluding the price of my lift ticket. I do have the iKon pass so if you want to ski at an iKon resort there is no fee for the ticket.
