We are a personal/sports Performance Training facility that also offers group fitness classes, Indoor and outdoor Batting Cages and more!

I am a former baseball, basketball, and football athlete with a passion of sports. I decided to major in health education in college and become a teacher and coach in the school system because of this passion. I enjoy watching the developmental process of an athlete.
I am a current Public School Physical & Health Education Educator and Basketball/Football Coach. I also have a M.Ed. in Health Education and also own BeHealthConscious Sports | Fitness a sports training facility that specializes in speed & agility, balance coordination, strength training and more.

Introductory assessments allow me to see strengths and weaknesses which allows me to develop a personalized curriculum for training.
I work with all levels from beginners to pro athletes. Many of my student athletes that I work with have been accepted to college on full scholarships and have even been drafted into the pros.

Perfect! Coach Jon Greer is a great baseball coach for my son. My son immediately bonded with him and I really liked the lessons he gives.
Also, the Be Conscious facility also has a speed and agility training class on Saturdays that is great for young athletes.View more reviews
