About Martin
Focus on Weight loss, firming/toning, mobility and flexibility. I use unconventional tools like the kettlebell and battle rope as well as the trx suspension trainer.
Growing up I was always active and playing sports and as I got older I wanted to help people reach their fitness goals and be like my coaches.

Your first session is on me. Yes FREE! What that entails and why I do it...
I do this because this is a way for us to have a meet and greet and to discus your goals and to see if we are a right fit.
On your first session you will answer a PAR-Q. Simple questions regarding your health and fitness goals. We will then take your BMI (body mass index) as well as your resting heart rate and blood pressure. After completing we will go through a simple workout.
I have worked with men, women and children in group, private and semi-private sessions as well as corporate events and seminars/workshops.
Find someone who is the right fit for your needs and can communicate effectively. Communication is key!
