About Michael
I make sure that the clients needs are personalized. Everyone is different and I work hard to help all of my clients reach their goals in the safest and most efficient ways possible.
I love my job. There is nothing more gratifying than helping a client reach their short-term and long-term goals.
I have a bachelor's degree in biology and certifications as a personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, weight loss management specialist, senior fitness specialist, and in CPR. I have been training clients in the Dallas area for over a decade, and I worked for a year as a physical therapy technician after college.
