At Fitness Lying Down we love helping people live their lives with joy.
We help restore their natural movement so they can be active and do activities they haven't done in years.
All sessions are tailors to your needs and fitness level. Each workout provides the movement & challenge you need to improve both your strength and balance.

First steps is to contact us and set up a time to talk. We love to find out more about our clients and what they are looking for.
Then we will go through a movement screen to determine what strengths we can build upon and what areas need more attention.
Then clients go through a 21 Day Trial so they can get a feel for our program and workouts before they make any longer term committment.
