About Zak (Phyzique Fitness)
I Specialize in Exercise Rehab & Working One-On-One with my clients Using specific movements on Specialized equipment & also using a Pilates Reformer , Plyo Balls, and Free Weights as well. I have been working in this field for Over 20 years now in Chico Ca. & Really Enjoy helping many types of people from all backgrounds & ages accomplish their Fitness goals and Overcome injuries as well. I am certified with ACSM & ISSA, and I also have An Exercise Physiology degree from Chico State University and a Supplemented Exercise Rehab Course study at Stanford University.
