He trained me with his special program Tri-Elite Techniques and it was awesome!

Carl is passionate and energetic! His training takes power strength and endurance puts it in one circuit and pushes you to perform your best. He really hits on everything the body needs to take you to the next level . His knowledge of anatomy and function is impressive!
