About Tena
I observe my students, listen to their wants and we also have tons of fun during our Zumba® classes. It's a great time to de-stress and let it all out for an hour!

I have each student fill out a liability waiver and ask them about any health issues or phyisical impairments that might hinder them during normal classtime. I will then show different modification moves that they can do to feel successful during our class or session.
Anyone from 14 year old teenagers to those with knee injuries, back problems, heart patients, etc.
I would talk with them first, maybe attend one of their classes and get to know the instructor. Every person is different. I hope I can help you reach your goals.

I have a $4 standard drop-in fee for my public classes, and offer discounts when a bulk class package is purchased.
Private and other events pricing is determined by how long the session will be, if they provide insurance or I need to provide my own, as well as equipment and setup.
