About Eric
I believe we should take a holistic approach to training including strength, conditioning, mobility, flexibility and nutrition. They are all connected and compliment one another. I'm here to help you achieve whatever goals you have more efficiently. If you're saying "Well Eric I don't have any goals" then we will figure them out together because if you are not working towards something then you aren't progressing. I will teach you how to properly exercise safely with confidence, develop good habits and lead an overall healthy lifestyle.
We were built to move not sit. If you have a body you are an athlete.
I enjoy spreading the knowledge of health and fitness I have obtained and helping people change their lives for the better.
NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, Animal Flow Level 1 instructor, Z-Health Essentials of Elite Performance & R-Phase.

About the lesson

For all new students, I first go over their current lifestyle and what goals they may have. Then I will put them through a series of postural and movement assessments to see what imbalances they may have and what we have to work on in order for them to move better. Based on these things we will come up with a game plan and rough timeline for their program.
