I enjoy helping others on their fitness and martial arts journey. With almost 10 years in the field, I would love to help you too! With many certifications under my belt I can find the right fitness class approach or a detailed program approach to fit your needs.
I enjoy empowering others to make positive changes in their life.
Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Core De Force instructor, Certified Kickboxing, Martial Arts Instructor & Self Defense Instructor, Certified Firearms Instructor and Certificates of Completion for: TRX Suspension Training, Redefining Strength Arm Burners. I have taught Kickboxing for 7 years ( with heavy bags), HIIT classes for almost 4 years.

When I first meet a new client, I want to learn more about their goals, things they have previously tried, what they enjoy or dislike. This initial meeting is a way for me to get to know more about you and help with creating a plan that will fit the individual.
I have trained/worked with ages ranging from 5 to 65 with varying different abliities and limitiations. While I may not be able to help everyone I will certainly try or find someone who can.
My advice to a student or participant would be to be honest in stating their goals, limitations, ask questions.
Everyone dislikes cardio, I admit I am not a fan either! But in one of my HIIT classes I overheard a newer participant talking to a regular and state that was the hardest class yet, I will be back Thursday! That just made my day, you see if it doesn't challenge you it doesnt change you!
Kickboxing is a great way to get your cadio in and have fun doing it!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Question to ask yourself, can I make the commitment? Is my health at risk if I continue this lifestyle as it is right now?

Details
Initial consultation is free as is the assessment (measurements, calculations, forms, etc), once the agreement is made a training plan will be developed. Training sessions are $45 and hour for personal training. Packages are available which will be discounted. Some individuals may want only a few sessions some may want a months worth depending on goals. Its up to you! Private instruction or class instruction available in Kickboxing, Martial Arts and more.
