About Mandie
I started personal training in 2007 after losing my mother to breast cancer. I focus on a more convenient way of training that will help you lose the weight, gain muscle definition, and be more confident through online training. This has the same results as private in person training, but at your own convenient schedule and location!

An initial virtual consultation to go over your goals and how the training program works. All workouts and scheduling are customized to your abilities and desires.
Ask:
-What type of training they do (if you want to build muscle, but they coach marathoners, they're not a good fit for you).
-What their nutrition philosophy is. Make sure you're not being sold into an MLM of fitness supplements.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
-How committed are you on a 1-10 scale of reaching your goal. If it's anything less than a 7, you're likely to not stick to one or more parts of the program and not see results, thus spinning your wheels and wasting your money.
-How much you can afford for training. In-person training ranges from $50-150/hr. Online training is much less.
