Being a mother with two young children, I have struggled with finding the time to stay fit and maintain healthy eating habits. Until eight months ago, when I started training with Coach G. He is absolutely amazing! He customized workouts and meal plans to best target my overall goals. He is no non-sense, yet extremely motivational! His dedication and consistency, encouraged me to want to get up at five in the morning for our sessions. Coach G has truly changed my life, because of him I love my body again!!
On the days I didn’t want to show up he pushed me to come anyway and I lost over 30 pounds working with him.
Geoffrey was terrific. He evaluated my current strengths and limits. He was realistic and very encouraging. Very professional.
