About Annette
I am a Yoga Teacher. However, I am also a personal trainer and have taught many classes over 26 years. Please call for a private lesson. I want to help you reach your goals!
I Love practicing and teaching Yoga. I presently Teach several Restorativer Yoga Class combined with Mediatation. I feel honored to attend people's metanoia. There's nothing better than witnessing people discover their truth. You know more than you think you know! You can do more than you think you can! You can reach your goals! Let me be your steward in the climb? Shall we?
I started teaching classes in England but swiftly realized a few private classes helps people assume responsbility for their own development. I am honored to ive them the tools.
In a class setting it's impossible to meet individual's needs. Take in a few private lessons and your training practices will be changed for ever. More productive!
I am a personal trainer. I have taught Fitness Classes, Offered Massage and Yoga in England, Scotland, Germany and now in the United States. I teach in several different facilities and offer private lessons.

I have worked with student's in rehabilitation, sufering from injurires and fit. I have worked with individuals across the board. Some where over weight , some felt they were over weight, but weren't. I have worked with all sorts of challenges. Bring your challenges to me and we'll plan to rise above them.
Be inquisitive. The more you ask the why's, the more you learn, the faster you progress.
