About Loretta
I am passionate about empowering women & teens to live a healthier, happier life, naturally. As a woman Veteran, suvivor, believer and creator, learning is a lifelong passion of mine so I can in turn help others. I do this through yoga, Ayurveda, essential oils and art. I enjoy offering classes and workshops to allow people to relax, be present, have been focus, have fun and more.
I have been practiciing yoga for about 15 years and teaching for 2. I am trained and certified in several areas; Restorative, Ayurveda, Yin, Vinyasa, Trauma based healing & more.
I studied art, adveritising and marketing in college and had my own agency for a number of years.

I love it when a client tells me how much the class(es) or workshop has helped them. Or how the essential oils helped their family. And now incorporating Art has really helped people relax, have fun and share this with their family & friends. They are happier and healthier physically and emotionally. Re-discoverying they have the tools to release trauma and heal, is so rewarding for me and for them.
Offering art therapy for anyone, but started teaching for fun, pleasure and alleviate stress, compassion fatigue for yoga students and Veterans.
College classes and several years experience in art, design, advertising, marketing, composition, etc. current focus is on watercolors, acrylics and mixed media. Also studying art therapy.
I am an aesthetician and yoga teacher (RYT200).
