Arguably,the most powerful tool that we have. How much time can we say we invest into it? It’s understandable, but we’re more likely to buy a new phone, or a new pair of shoes, before investing in our own mind and mental wellbeing (I know I definitely have).
Together, we will take something as
abstract, complicated, and often mysticized as meditation and mindfulness, and simplify it down. Creating a custom experience, tailor made for you, not to only work in practice or theory, but in real time, in the real world.
