About Brandon
I am a motivated coach that strives on consistency, hard work and dedication. My service stands out by my attention to detail and who I've had the privilege to learn from.
NFL 4xChampion Strength & Conditioning Coach Johnny Parker & some of the best college coaches in the country has helped me design a plan to help athletes gain explosiveness while getting bigger, faster and stronger. Ankle & Hip mobility is a priority that is over looked.
Basics are taught from day one. I have a history in coaching Jr-Teen athletes who have never played to the most expirenced.
